ABOUT THE ARTIST
Born in Monterrey Mexico, Oscar Mar is a passionate perfectionist that never   ceases to find ways of bettering a project. Specializing mostly in 3D, particularly in lighting,   texturing and presentation, he also does freelance work as a motion designer and illustrator. After  making the move from Mexico to Vancouver, B.C he was quickly employed by Electronic Arts. During his time at EA he worked on titles like Skate, Face Breaker and two Need For Speed titles. Currently living in Montreal, Quebec Oscar is working with Ubisoft Entertainment as a concept and presentation artist for an undisclosed project. In this studio, he has worked on titles like the recently announced Michael Jackson's game for Microsoft's Kinekt and Splinter Cell: Conviction.
Whether it be motion graphics, illustration or designing a vinyl toy, he’s always in search of new and compelling projects.
